When following the installation manual for apex 4.0.1 and installing Apex 4.0.1 with the embedded PL/SQL Gateway, a wrong url is specified in the Apex installation documentation.

With release 4.0, Oracle brings Apex to the next level. It includes new features like Plug-ins, allowing you to custom design your own item types and reuse them wherever needed.
